One-to-one classes book against a real calendar
A one-to-one course is a template with no fixed tutor. When a student enrols they pick a slot from a grid built out of the tutor's working hours, minus approved leave and anything already booked.

Pay is the part people most need to trust, so here are the limits.
When the class is marked completed — by a person, or by the room emptying if you have turned that on. Nothing accrues from a scheduled class that never happened.
No. Tvarly produces gross pay, allowances, deductions and a pay statement. Statutory tax calculation is not part of it.
No. Rates live in a separate record that the student-facing side of the product cannot read, and tutors do not have write access to it.
