Teach students in another country without doing timezone maths
Every batch stores the timezone it was scheduled in, and every viewer sees the class on their own clock. Prices are set separately in each currency you sell in.
- Each student, tutor and branch carries its own timezone; class times convert for whoever is looking
- Batch schedules are frozen in the timezone they were authored in, so a tutor relocating never re-times existing classes
- Class times stay wall-clock times, so they survive daylight saving on both sides
- Calendar invites carry a real timezone block and land correctly in any calendar app
- Set a price per currency — visitors see theirs, with a fallback currency you choose
- Tutors can be paid in a different currency from the one students pay in
Before you start
Do I need to be an academy to use this?
No. The same module runs a single tutor teaching one-to-one and an institute with several branches. Admissions, grading, report cards, circulars and hosted video classes are each a separate switch, so you turn on only what you need.
Can I keep using Zoom or Google Meet?
Yes. A batch either uses a Tvarly-hosted video room or a meeting link you paste in from Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams or anywhere else. Automatic attendance only works in Tvarly-hosted rooms; with an external link you mark attendance yourself.
Does it handle recurring monthly fees?
Yes — one-time, weekly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and yearly plans, plus per-class billing for students who pay only for the classes they take. Invoices generate ahead of the due date and reminders go out by email and WhatsApp.
Can parents see their child's progress?
Yes. Link a parent to a student and they sign in to the same portal, switch between children, and see the schedule, attendance, grades, report cards and dues.
Can I rename things to match how we talk?
The catalog and the people in it, yes. If you run trainings rather than courses, or call them learners rather than students, set that once in settings and the whole admin app and student portal follow.
Is the academy website included?
Yes. The visual website builder publishes a public course catalog, course pages with batches and prices, an admission form you design field by field, and demo-class booking — with online payment at enrolment.
