Teaching maths or science over a video call without a proper board is a compromise: either the teacher holds a notebook up to the camera or everyone shares a screen of a drawing app that nobody can write on. And the admin around the class is worse than the class itself: links pasted into WhatsApp groups, attendance guessed from the participant list, fees chased separately. Tvarly's online tuition software puts the class, the board, the attendance and the fee on one record.
A batch can hold its classes in a Tvarly-hosted video room. Each class gets its own student, teacher and demo join links, with a join window and moderator rights for staff. Inside the room is our whiteboard, built for teaching: pen and eraser, shapes, equations, graphs, a compass, and paper backgrounds such as grid or ruled. A teacher can prepare boards before class and open them on a phone without pairing. Attendance is marked automatically from who joined and for how long, against thresholds you set. If you prefer Zoom, Google Meet or Teams, paste the link instead; everything except automatic attendance still works.

Frequently asked questions
Are classes recorded automatically?
No. Tvarly does not record classes. If you record with your own tool, upload the file to the content library afterwards so students can watch it.
Can I keep using Zoom or Google Meet?
Yes. Paste the meeting link on the batch. Scheduling, reminders, fees and the portal all work the same; only automatic attendance needs the Tvarly-hosted room.
Does the whiteboard work on a phone?
Yes. Boards open on a phone without pairing, which lets a teacher write on a phone or tablet while the laptop shows the class.
What do students see?
Their own join link for each class in the portal, on their own clock if they are in another timezone, with the class notes and any homework underneath.
