Music school management software
One-to-one lessons, group theory classes, teacher pay per lesson and fees per month or per lesson, in one place built for how a music school actually runs.
₹3,999 a month, or ₹2,999 a month billed annually. Implementation from ₹5,000.

A music school is not a tuition centre with instruments. Most teaching is one-to-one, every teacher keeps their own availability, students miss lessons and expect a make-up slot, and the fee for a Saturday piano lesson is nothing like the fee for a weekday theory batch. Software written for a classroom of thirty struggles with all of it. Tvarly's course module has a one-on-one course type, tutor availability with slot locking, make-up classes and per-lesson billing as first-class features, which is why it suits a music school.
You set up each instrument or subject as a course, choose whether it is taught one-to-one, in a group batch or as a workshop, and attach the teachers who take it. A student books into a teacher's free slot and that slot is locked for them. Fees can be monthly for regular students or per lesson for the ones who come when they can; teacher pay accrues per completed lesson on a ledger you can print as a pay statement. Grades, exam-preparation notes and recital circulars go out from the same place.
Instruments, teachers, lessons and pay on one record
- 1
Courses per instrument, taught your way
Guitar, piano, Carnatic vocal, violin: each is a course with its own type. One-on-one for individual lessons, a batch for group theory, a workshop for a weekend masterclass.
- 2
Teachers with real availability
A teacher's free time is their working hours minus leave and existing bookings. One-to-one slots lock when booked, so two students are never promised the same half hour.
- 3
Fees that match the lesson
Monthly plans for regular students, per-lesson billing for occasional ones, with a line per lesson and a credit for any lesson cancelled or moved. Payment online or recorded at the desk.
- 4
Teacher pay per lesson
Each completed lesson adds one reversible row to the teacher's pay ledger, at a per-batch rate if you set one. Add allowances or deductions and download the pay statement as a PDF.

Frequently asked questions
Can a student have a trial lesson before enrolling?
Yes. A free demo lesson can be booked from a teacher's availability or by sitting in on a group class. Demo attendees are never enrolled and never billed until you convert them.
What happens when a student cancels a lesson?
Reschedule it to another slot or mark it cancelled. On per-lesson billing the cancelled lesson becomes a credit line on the next bill rather than a charge.
Can I run online lessons too?
Yes. A lesson can be held in a Tvarly video room with a shared whiteboard, or over a Zoom, Google Meet or Teams link you paste in. Students in other timezones see the lesson on their own clock.
Do I have to call them courses and students?
No. Rename the terms once in settings, for example to lessons and learners, and the admin app and the student portal follow.
