Host classes in a Tvarly video room, or keep the Zoom link you already use. Either way the join button sits in the same place for tutors, students and parents — and hosted rooms record who was actually there.
One button, wherever the class lives
Students join from the portal, tutors from the admin app. The room opens inside a join window around the scheduled time, and the tutor arrives with moderator rights already granted — nobody waits to be let in.

Let someone try a class before they pay
Offer a free demo either way round: sit a prospective student in on a real class that is already running, or let them pick a slot from a tutor's open calendar. Demo attendees are never enrolled and never billed.

What comes with online classes
The honest version
Marketing pages tend to round these up. Here is what the product does and does not do.
No. Tvarly does not record classes for you. A class has a recording link field — once you have a recording, paste the link and the batch sees it on that session. You can also file it in the content library under recordings.
Not for Tvarly-hosted rooms; they are part of the platform. If you would rather use Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams, you keep your own account and paste the link into the batch or the class.
Rooms are derived server-side and the join token is minted per person, per class. A student link does not grant moderator rights, and a demo attendee gets a room scoped to their own booking.
