What they share is a parent base that communicates on WhatsApp, in Tamil and English, and expects a reply about fees or attendance within the hour.

Tvarly is academy software built for that mix. Fees are created per cycle and reminded on WhatsApp in templates you write in Tamil, English or both. Attendance is marked per class from a phone. Parents see the schedule, attendance, grades and dues in a portal on your own domain, and pay through Razorpay or Cashfree. A music or dance school uses the one-to-one course type with tutor availability; a coaching institute uses the admission pipeline and batch timetables. Online batches for students who have moved abroad run in a hosted video room with a whiteboard, on their own clock.

Frequently asked questions

Can reminders and circulars be sent in Tamil?

Yes. Reminder templates and circulars are free text, so write them in Tamil, English or both. The admin app itself is in English.

How do parents pay?

Online through Razorpay, Cashfree or Stripe from the portal, with whatever methods those gateways offer, or in cash or by bank transfer recorded at the desk against the same fee.

We have students who moved abroad. Can they stay enrolled?

Yes. Each student carries a timezone and sees classes on their own clock, prices can be set per currency, and online classes run in a hosted video room or over a meeting link.
