Most of the messages a tuition centre receives from parents are the same four questions: when is the next class, was my child present, what did they score, and how much do I owe. Answering them one at a time on WhatsApp is a full-time job nobody was hired for. Tvarly's parent portal puts the answers where parents can read them, on your own domain, under your own name, without an app to download.
A parent is linked to one or more students and signs in to the same portal the students use. They see each child's courses, the schedule converted to their timezone, attendance per class, published grades and term report cards, notes and homework from the content library, and the fee ledger with a Pay Now button for whatever is due. Circulars from the academy arrive in the portal as well as by email and WhatsApp. Guardian access is enforced in the database rules, so a parent sees their own children and nothing else.

Add a parent to a student's record. They sign in with their own login and switch between children if they have more than one at the academy.

Everything the academy publishes, in one place
Schedule, attendance, grades once published, report cards, notes, worksheets and videos. Unpublished drafts stay invisible until a teacher releases them.

Fees with a Pay Now button
Open fees show their due date and amount. Payment through Razorpay, Cashfree or Stripe lands on the fee record and issues a receipt PDF the parent can download.

The portal lives at /my-classes on the academy website Tvarly builds for you, so it carries your logo and your domain, not ours.

Frequently asked questions
Do parents need to install an app?
No. The portal is a website on your academy's domain and works in any phone browser. Parents sign in and bookmark it.
Can a parent see other students' details?
No. Guardian access is enforced in the database rules: a parent sees only the children linked to them, and nothing from other families.
Can parents pay in cash instead?
Yes. Cash and bank transfers are recorded by the academy against the same fee and show as paid in the portal, with the receipt.
Do parents see grades as soon as a teacher enters them?
No. Assessments have a draft state; grades become visible only when the teacher publishes them, and report cards likewise.
